What we do for our Charter School Clients:
Option 1: Buy your existing building and expand or improve the building to meet your growing needs. This would free up cash, allow you to increase the size of your facility, add additional classrooms and/or add additional students.
Option 2: Buy another building that is more suitable to meet your needs. You can identify the building, or we can. We would develop the building to your specs and lease it to you. This would give you an opportunity to expand your school and your educational reach. Also, you would have a modern, state of the art facility. This would also minimize your capital outlay and bring your vision of your school into focus in the near and predictable future.
Option 3: Buy your existing building and lease it back to you. This opportunity would free up cash that you can use for other Initiatives.
Option 4: Buy a lot that you identify, or we identify that we can build from scratch, that you can lease back. This would mean minimal cash outlay and would give you a state-of-the-art building.
Option 5: Lastly, as an added bonus – we offer the option for you to buy the building back. We believe all schools should eventually own their own space.
How we do it:
We guarantee the loan by investing our own money and if need fund the entire projects ourselves.
